I understand ...Hello, and thanks for your comment!

I understand wanting to make all the resolutions, hence my large list. And yes, I think telling people about it helps. I actually came across a survey (via Mr. Wiki) that a larger percentage of women managed to keep their resolutions when they told their friends.

Thank you, and good luck with yours if you ever make any!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06909810832300926251noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8606284535440910948.post-3603204090589064352013-02-10T17:38:28.102+09:002013-02-10T17:38:28.102+09:00Good luck on your resolutions!

For example, one month I gave up alcohol. I would ride my bike to places so that I'd be less tempted to "drink and bike" home (it's technically illegal), and I'd tell people I knew who'd support me. The downside of telling people is that some will say, "Oh, but you should drink!" which was pretty annoying, so I tried to choose people who would be supportive.

Anyway, I know you can do it!Lynnhttp://wandertokyo.comnoreply@blogger.com
