Salt helps the dehydration, and the protein in cheese can slow down the absorbing of the carbohydrates which can balance your blood sugar levels.
Sweet potato is easy to find in Japan, and is very delish!
Preparation is also super easy. Simply cook the sweet potato as you would for a jacket potato, either in the oven or in the microwave, then slice it open and add some butter while it's still hot, with salt, pepper and whatever you fancy. Next, sprinkle on the cheese and watch it melt!
