Ingredients consist of aubergines (eggplants), onions and mini tomatoes.
I actually really like fried tomatoes!
Added salt, pepper, "ajinomoto" condiment and Japanese salad dressing, topped with sesame seeds.
Adding salad dressing sounds very odd, but I first came across using salad dressing in heated cooking in a recipe a few years ago, and after trying it out I concluded it works! I believe only Japanese (wafuu) flavoured dressing would be the choice in heated cooking, but who knows?
The dressing I used is from the supermarket Aeon; their own brand. Apparently it contains half the amount of calories of regular Japanese dressing.
I suppose I should have gone easy on the noodles for it to have helped my weight loss goals...
